I really wanted to get something special for my wife today as things have been hard recently. I ordered some flowers with a special note and they were marked as delivered but they were never received. I called customer service and the representative on the line told me that it was delivered and all they could do was wait till 8 pm to receive a message back as to why it wasn’t received and they wouldn’t be able to do anything about my order till there was an reply back from the flower shop. The representative told me there are a lot of orders going out today and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said supervisors are busy handling other orders to help me with mine. Making it seem as if my 100 spent for a same day delivery was not worth their time to look into and I would have to wait to reorder the next day. I ordered it for a same day delivery for a reason and all he could do was tell me I need to wait till tomorrow and he can’t do anything else. I wouldn’t recommend using them to send anything. I definitely wouldn’t trust their same day delivery because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Lesson learned. Order# W01005731362178

Flowers were delivered broken, half flowers, fully open and shriveled roses and leaves chewed by bugs, Paid 105.00 but refused them Called 1 800 flowers and they are supposedly refunding. Delivery girl said \Well at least part of them are good\. For t he 105 -ALL should be good. I ordered 3 Floral arrangements and requested 3 Different types of vases. The vases were extra money but when delivered all vases were clear and not what was ordered. I didn’t even get refunded for those vases. One floral arrangement came late and one came with already open dead flowers. Delivery guy was super sweet, kinda surprised he works for such a poor performing company. Buy with caution.
